ARTHUR PHILLIPS
Arthur Phillips
 
(CEO and Technical Director) is a flavourist and founder member of the British Society of Flavourists. He has worked in the industry for 42 years and acted as a consultant for 20 years. Arthur is a specialist in the chemistry and analysis of flavourings, fragrances and essential oils and the company has impressive laboratory facilities.

ALAN MOXON
Alan Moxon
(Company Administrator) joined the company in 2005. His background is in management of teams and he has concentrated in refining the company systems and processing methods to satisfy the rigorous demands and requirements of BRC Accreditation.

SANDRA DEDMAN & JULIE PHILLIPS (Accounts Administrators). Sandra has looked after the company accounts since 2002 and has been the daily contact for suppliers and customers. Julie supports Sandra, who now works part time. Julie is a forensic scientist and also heads the quality analysis team.

GEORGE DEMUTH (Flavourist) joined the company in 2005. George is a creative flavourist of 40 years standing and works on all aspects of the company’s flavouring business.

FANNY JACOT-BLAIS (Flavourist) joined the company in 2012. Fanny has an MSc in flavouring science. She has a degree in organic chemistry and has an in depth knowledge of  the technical aspects of flavouring and modern documentation requirements. Her work covers creative development, applications and documentation.

DEL MAHONEY (Chief Compounder) runs the production team and oversees order processing and production quality management. Del is supported in production by JOHN FORD,  BILLY FOREMAN and ROB RUSSELL.
